Primo Medical Clinic is a private billing medical practice. You must pay for your appointment immediately after your consultation. All telehealth appointments are payable before your consultation.
You can pay by cash or debit card with our contactless payment EFT terminal. If you have registered your bank account with Medicare, we can process your rebate at the same time as your payment.
Privacy
Your medical records are confidential and kept secure at all times, and are only accessible by authorised staff members.
Our privacy policy is documented on the back of the patient registration form and available upon request from reception.
Complaints
Your feedback helps us improve our practice. We encourage our patients to complete the feedback form available from reception.
